Lily and Dennis are here to assist. We acknowledge that most people are honest in their transactions and therefore keeping that in mind have created these policies with that intention.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS OR THEY ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please make sure your items are what you ordered and have arrived undamaged. If that’s not the case, then please contact us within 10 business days. We ask that you take photos of the damages or incorrect item and email us as a first step. Send your inquiry through the contact page on our website. If you didn’t get the product you ordered you are not expected to pay shipping costs to ship the item back to us. Just let us know and we’ll handle it.
If the items are damaged, messaging us within 10 days allows us to take action with our delivery companies and begin investigations. If it was damaged in transit this timeframe allows us to initiate investigations with our carriers. All items are unique so there may not be a direct replacement available.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you have questions about an item, please message us BEFORE purchasing. We’re a very small business & helping clarify any questions you have before an order is placed allows us more time to make art and avoid additional administrative work. We want you to be happy and want you to love what you ordered as much as we loved making it. We encourage you to message us with questions before ordering the product so that you can be sure of your decision. As a small business focused on sustainability (in every sense of the word), we not only discourage “buy and try” orders, but we unfortunately can’t accept these types of returns. So please ask questions - we don’t mind, we promise!
We cannot accept returns without prior approval. In addition, because many of our items are one of a kind and/or limited edition, all sales are considered final.
