Return Policy

What if I received the wrong item, something's missing, or it arrived damaged?

First, I'm sorry. That's frustrating and I want to make it right.

Please check your order when it arrives. If something's wrong or damaged, reach out within 10 days and send me a photo of what happened. You can find me through the contact page on my website.

If you didn't get what you ordered, I'm not going to ask you to pay to ship it back. Just tell me what happened and I'll sort it out.

Getting in touch quickly also helps me deal with the shipping company on my end while there's still time to do something about it. Since most pieces are one of a kind, I may not always have an exact replacement — but I'll figure something out with you.

What if I change my mind?

Please ask questions before you buy. I genuinely don't mind — that's what the contact page is for. Because so much of what I make is one of a kind or limited edition, I'm not able to accept returns just because something wasn't quite what you imagined. A quick message beforehand usually solves that.

All sales are final, and returns require my approval in advance. Ask first. I'm easy to talk to.
