The delicate, white, semi translucent flowers on these earrings were made from water bottle lids. I regularly find water bottle lids on my clean-ups and sadly, I have plenty of these in supply. These jellies hang on 24k gold plated, nickel free, brass earwires.
In many cases, there is no current method of recycling the plastics I use via traditional means. The plastics used for these earrings are currently not recyclable where I live. All plastics are cleaned and sanitized before use.

Jelly Water Bottle White Translucent Gold Drop Earrings
These are considered costume jewelry and should be kept in dry areas when not being worn (so don't keep them in the bathroom or kitchen, don't go swimming in them, don't wear them while dancing in the rain, etc.). Spraying chemicals on or near costume jewelry may speed up the "antiquing" of metal - for instance, perfumes, hair spray, make-up setting sprays.
